Ilex Group management team have decades of experience in the construction industry, particularly in the care home sector and along with a fully comprehensive FRA team to carry out fire risk assessment within the social housing sector and other areas.
All Ilex Group staff have the correct training levels – Management / Supervisors (SMSTS, SSSTS & CSCS Cards, Slings / banksman) and other trades have (CSCS, MEWPS and other relevant training) along with the standard Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, Working at height are just a few of what we hold.
Ilex Group are based in the southeast of England but carry out works nationwide.
The mainstream of business for the Ilex Group is passive and protection for various housing associations including on of the largest in the country and local authorities. We do also carry out private sector work within the domestic market.
